Where we come from

Behind Advonis are years spent in fintechs and payments, at retail and private banks, with asset managers, insurers and audit firms. We have seen compliance in all its forms, from the quick check in payment traffic to the in-depth clarification in private banking. And everywhere we asked ourselves the same question. Where is the solution that brings all these services together and orchestrates them so that, in the end, everything holds up to an audit?

Advonis grew out of that search. A platform that brings every compliance service into one place and documents each step in an audit-proof way. Built by people who know this work, for the people who do it every day.

What we believe

The human is the pilot, Advonis is the cockpit. Compliance decisions belong to the people who know their clients and who carry the responsibility. Our job is to give them everything they need, the facts, the derivation and the documentation. The decision itself stays with them.

What we build

Advonis brings compliance checks into one place. Verifying companies and people, clarifying ownership and control structures, checking against sanctions and PEP lists, producing the Swiss forms. What is spread today across several systems, portals and file stores runs with us in a single flow, and every step is documented along the way.

That documentation is the real value. At the end there is a dossier showing what was checked, where each detail came from, and who decided what and when. A complete audit trail across the whole case. The next audit then starts with a click rather than a search.

Where we are going

We are working towards a Switzerland where regulatory requirements are clear and manageable and fit into the working day. Compliance should feel like a natural part of success.
